You may have noticed a "Translate my search" option with a checked box next to it while searching for items on Baopals.

While it does make sense to keep this box checked at all times (we are looking up items in English after all) there are certain situations where doing a direct, untranslated search is best. This applies to specific brands that might not have an English translation, the titles of English books or other item searches that require specific words in their title in order to be found.
Let's take a look at an example. Cetaphil is a popular cosmetics brand best known for their gentle skin cleansing and moisturizing products. A quick translated search for "Cetaphil" on the Baopals homepage turns up the following results:

We're pretty sure you wouldn't want to put whatever that is anywhere near your face.
Now, let's try an untranslated search for the Cetaphil brand name by unchecking the "Translate my search" box and trying our search again.

Now that's more like it!
We'll conclude with this: when searching for brand-specific products, if a translated search doesn't turn up your desired results, try unchecking the "Translate my search" box to find exactly what you are looking for. Narrow your search even more with products from verified sellers by selecting the Tmall only option.
Happy Shopping!
