  • Matcha Powder 1 tsp

Instructions
Step1. Put a few teaspoons of matcha powder in a measuring cup and add a few tablespoons of hot water.
Step2. Use a bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion to whisk the matcha until the matcha has dissolved. Pour in the remaining water and whisk some more.
Step3. Add honey (1/2 tbsp) to the whisked matcha and stir to combine.
COLD OPTION: Transfer to the fridge or freezer to chill for about 15 minutes. After the matcha is cooled, add a generous amount of ice to a glass. Pour the milk of choice into the glass and pour in the matcha.
HOT OPTION: Heat milk (6 fl oz) in a small saucepan until hot, but not boiling. You can also use the microwave, a stovetop steamer, or a milk frother. Pour the heated milk into the matcha.

Instructions
Step1. Add the ground coffee to the filter of your cold brew pitcher or french press. Fill the pitcher with filtered water and put the filter in it, sealing the pitcher with the lid. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to brew.
Step2. Before serving the coffee, get out a blender (or a milk frother) and combine the milk, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ground cinnamon. Run it for a minute until it forms a nice, bubbly foam.
Step3. Evenly distribute the coffee and pour 1/4 of the foam over each glass. Serve and enjoy!

Instructions
HOT OPTION:
Step1. Place a tablespoon of caramel sauce into the bottom of the cup.
Step2. Add a double-shot of espresso to the cup. (If you don’t have a Nespresso capsule machine, you can also brew 2 oz of espresso roast coffee with an espresso machine or stovetop moka pot to make espresso-like coffee.)
Step3. Next, you’ll need some foamy hot milk. There are some different methods you can use to create it at home yourself, but the easiest way is to use an actual milk frother. Start by pouring the hot milk into the cup, then you can spoon the milk foam on top of the drink.
Step4. Drizzle the top with fresh caramel sauce for extra flavor and a nice look. Enjoy promptly!
COLD OPTION:
Step1. Add vanilla syrup and ice into your glass.
Step2. Pour cold milk over the ice.
Step3. Slowly add your shot – or two shots – of espresso over the milk.
Step4. Stir the milk and espresso mixture until it is well-blended.
Step5. Top off your iced caramel macchiato with a drizzle of caramel.
