How can I track my order?
We make it easy to track your order! Simply log into your account and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Access your Order History through the My Account page or by clicking on My Orders in the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Click on View Details of the order you wish to track and you will be redirected to the Order Details page.
Step 3: Now simply click on View Tracking for the item you wish to track.

What's the difference between Tmall and Taobao?
We offer all products from both Tmall and Taobao sellers on Baopals.
Taobao: Individuals and businesses with Chinese bank accounts and Alipay who are approved by Taobao. Most sellers are intermediaries – buying goods from wholesalers or representing factories. Even your friendly local scorpion farmer is selling on Taobao.
Tmall: Registered businesses with a minimum 3-year business presence in Mainland China. These are companies with an established presence selling their products in China. Over 70,000 brands, both local and global, sell through Tmall.

What are "pickup" lockers and how can I use them?
Many compounds have "pickup" lockers, where packages are stored for safe keeping. If you’ve seen one of these in your compound or neighborhood, it is likely that the delivery man will store your packages here. There are a few different kinds of lockers, but they are easily recognizable and function similarly.
