Rule #1 of all skincare regimes is use SPF daily! If you don't have the time to really pamper your skin before heading out the door in the morning, this is the only step you really can't skip. Using a moisturizer or make-up product with SPF can prevent long-term damage to your skin as a result of sun exposure. Even if the sun isn't shining, be sure to use it.

And last but not least, treat yourself to an intensely moisturizing sheet mask as often as you'd like. Just be sure to warn someone before they see you, or you might really give them a scare!
