It's been an extremely difficult couple days weeks months of lockdown in Shanghai. We’re keeping an updated list of sellers in Shanghai that are able to ship out some much needed grocery items.

Important notes (please read before placing your order!):

Make sure your compound/building is currently allowing deliveries before placing your order.
Some sellers require additional shipping fees and/or do not ship to certain districts. Please read the notes below the items carefully. After placing your order, we will contact you to pay the additional shipping fee if necessary. Please complete the payment within 24 hours or the order may be cancelled.
After the item is shipped out, please ensure you are keeping your phone available at all times. You may receive a text message and a phone call to confirm your order.
If there are any additional delivery fees, we will contact you to let you know.
It is possible that you will receive food different from what is pictured, depending on availability.

Free shipping for supermarket orders over ¥100 (can include multiple items). Shipping times and item availability may vary.

Shipping throughout Shanghai within 1-2 weeks with no additional shipping fees or minimum order requirements.

Occidental Foods

Free shipping throughout Shanghai. Minimum order quantity of 3 - can choose 3 different items. Cannot ship to Chongming, Jinshan or Fengxian.

Western Beverage Franchise Store

Shipping fee varies based on order size and location; from free shipping up to ¥120 for Puxi and ¥240 for Pudong. Cannot ship to Chongming.

Free shipping to most areas in Shanghai within 1-2 weeks. No minimum order requirements.

People’s Chocolate Flagship Store

Please expect to pay ¥100-200 for delivery after the order is placed. Ordering multiple items from this seller should not increase the shipping fee.
