To catch this opportunity, Santoni designed the series of "seamless day". From underwear to outerwear jacket, all produced in Santoni Seamless. And to get the best effect, Santoni has test different style on various gauge and functions of machine. The testing resultand application will be shown during the ShanghaiTex exhibition. In this article, we show a little sample of what will be on display.
为了这一新的商机，圣东尼专门开发了我们称之为“无缝的一天”的系列。从内衣到外穿夹克衫，全部都由圣东尼无缝机织造。为达到最佳效果，圣东尼在不同针型和机型上做了大量的测试。测试的成果，将在本次纺机展中全面展示。这里小编先给大家透露一点信息，让大家先睹为快。
Start Your Journey of " Seamless Day " 你无缝的一天即将启程!
Step 1 - Under layer
The first layer closest to your skin is knitted with super fine natural fibers on the TOP2 FAST (E32) . This results in an extremely light fabric that is combined with allocated knit structures , that allows your body to perform comfortably throughout day and night.
作为贴肤层，本产品选用超细天然纤维在圣东尼圆机TOP2 FAST（32针）上进行编织。轻薄的面料与特定部位的针织结构结合，让你的身体全天尽享舒适。
Step 2 - Base layer
Engineered denim made on the TOP2 FAST (E22) that is a twill like structure. This stitch mimics the same characteristics of denim.
圣东尼圆机TOP2 FAST (22针)生产的斜纹效果的针织牛仔面料，其组织效果高仿传统牛仔的外观特征。
Step 3 - Premium layer
Producing clear graphic imagery on the TOP2 FAST (E28) is an easy application along with engineered structures. By using Merino wool that is naturally elastic, breathable and soft. Santoni creates alayer that is perfect for all the steps of the day.
圣东尼圆机TOP2 FAST（28针）在兼顾功能组织的实现的同时可以编织十分清晰的图形。使用弹性、透气和柔软的美利奴羊毛与强韧纱线相结合，再通过圣东尼圆机技术，打造一件可以全天候穿着舒适的无缝服装。
Step 4 - Protection layer
The SM8-TR1 (E24) machine is patented forsingle jersey transfer stitch able to create different sizes of mesh. The resultis a sport fabric with good breathability for active living.
SM8-TR1 （24针） 是圣东尼生产的一款单面移圈提花圆机，它可以实现不同大小的移圈网眼结构。适用于生产透气性高的功能性面料。
Shoes upper structure 鞋面组织
SM-DJ2T (E14) knitted upper shoes spacer fabric with color jacquard and transfer stitch.
SM-DJ2T （14针）能编织多色提花和移圈网眼结构的鞋面。
