圣东尼先锋设计师计划是一年两期的项目，提供专业的无缝机、圆机和袜机基础知识以及各类纱线知识培训。为有梦想的设计师提供与业内一流专业人士交流学习的平台。
Santoni Pioneer Program is a biannual, 8 weeks seamless and circular knitting program. A platform for highly motivated designers to contact with industry experts along the supply chain.
该项目包括8周的集中理论知识与实际操作培训，总价值8000美元。寻求具备相关针织设计经验及服装结构知识的合格申请者。
This is an 8-week intensive training course valued 8,000 USD, offering to applicants who are keen to gain new knowledge and invaluable experience on the industries most cutting edge seamless and circular kniiting technology.

Our modern lifestyle is becoming faster and more complex, which is creating a need for collections to cover both functional and emotional benefits. At the same time resulting in a hybrid between active wear and fashion.

Active-inspired Look
运动外观
Functional performance is the DNA of active-inspired looks. Structure design and yarn are two engines that take us to the target. How can we push the functional aspects of design further.
实现服装的多功能性是运动休闲类服装的重要目标，而组织结构设计和原材料选用是实现功能性的两大驱动力。如何进一步改善功能性设计也显得尤为重要。
Body-mapped Geo-knit
贴合身体结构的几何针织
Geometric construction is combined with engineered body-map and seamless knitting technology. This combination of features creates garments such as a second skin and brings a higher level of performance.
符合人体工学的几何设计与无缝针织技术相组合，让服装如第二层肌肤般贴合身体，并带来优质的性能体验。
Eco-Based Innovation
环保导向的创新
In the innovation of textile material, to use new sustainable fibers is always a requirement from consumers as it can help to create a more sustainable living and have the ability to give excellent wearing experience with high performance.
在纺织原料不断创新的今天，使用新型可持续发展的环保纤维一直是消费者的诉求，因为它在环保的同时，又能赋予消费者卓越的穿着体验。
Application requirement / 申请要求:
- Previous experience and knowledge of knitted product
具备针织产品设计相关知识及经验
- English speaking skill
能够英文沟通交流
- Strong leadership skill and ability to delegate tasks to technicians
具备一定的领导能力和表达能力，能够准确与圣东尼工程师沟通
- Commitment to join the eight-week program
申请者需预留8周时间参加该项目
- 针对无缝工厂，我们将同时为与设计师搭档的技术员提供协同开发方面的专业培训（四周），申请时请同时提供技术员信息。
- Your application needs historical design products, including design concept and work process.
申请中需含历史设计作品，并附设计思路和设计过程。
Design Requirement / 设计要求:
- Your design should connect with SPP concepts, and meet with the requirements: Active-inspired Look，Body-mapped Geo-knit， Eco-Based Innovation.
你的设计理念需要与我们的主题相结合，同时满足运动外观，贴合身体结构的几何针织，环保导向的创新这三点要求。
- Your collection should be one set of garment including underwear, outwear, socks or shoes fabrics for Spring/ Summer 2020-2021.
你的设计作品需要是融入了2020-2021 春夏流行要素的一整套服装，涵盖内衣，外套，袜子或者鞋面织物等。
- Santoni (SH) has the right of using products for publicity, display and promotion.
圣东尼（上海）有权使用设计作品用于宣传、展示和推广。
- Santoni (SH) reserves the right of final interpretation of SPP.
圣东尼（上海）拥有“先锋计划”项目的最终解释权。
