DxO is hiring a country manger（DxO 招聘中国区总裁）

Our client, DxO (www.dxo.com) , is looking for a Country Manager in China for the DxO ONE, connected camera. Reporting directly to SVP of global sales based in France,  your responsibilities will include developing the retail channel as well as helping direct brand communication, PR and marketing and the associated key accounts.

Responsibilities:

·       Establish processes and procedures to ensure that key sales accounts (retailers,distributors, etc.) are handled in the most effective way;

·       Ensure constant presence, contacts and sales initiatives in the dedicated area;

·       Defineand review KPI’s to ensure growth targets are achieved;

·       Manage the relationship and execute DxO’s strategy within the tier one retail chains;

·       Manage and structure the distribution agreements with the retailers. This will include pricing and co-marketing initiatives;

·       Work with internal cross functional teams to develop an efficient process for managing inventory, returns and billing;

·       Work with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for and jointly with the partners;

·       Manage relationships with local press and guarantee an effective and coordinated brand communication.

Requirements:

·        5+ years’experience selling consumer electronics or related product to tier one retailers in your area of Sales. Experience in mid-size organization  and/or launching new products would be a definite plus;

·        Excellent understanding of the consumer electronics sector and expert in sourcing opportunities and building relationships throughout the target market;

·       Natural leadership qualities such as: persistent, well organized and with a solid understanding of sales cycle operations;

·       Team oriented, and can work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company;

·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence people at all levels

·       Ability to travel;

·       Native Chinese with Fluent English. French is a plus;

·       MBA appreciated

Position based in Shanghai or Beijing in charge of Greater China region.
