· Implementation of the growth strategy for consumer products (button cell batteries)
扩大消费类产品(纽扣电池)销售
· Management, support, and training of existing sales partners and customers
管理、支持和培训现有销售合作伙伴
· Evaluation and development of strategic markets, new sales partners, and customers
评估和开发战略市场、新的销售伙伴和客户
· Goal- and results-oriented management of the sales region
以目标和结果为导向管理销售区域
· Substantial increase of sales and revenue for sales partners and customers in China
持续增加中国合作伙伴和客户的销售额及收入
· Price negotiations in coordination with the supervisor
与主管协调价格谈判
· Definition of sales targets with sales partners and continuous target fulfilment controls
与合作伙伴确定销售目标，并进行持续实施目标达成控制
· Visits to trade fairs and conferences (approx.. 50%)
参观交易会和展会（约50%）
· Regular reporting
定期汇报
· Promotion of brand awareness in market segments
提升细分市场的品牌知名度
· Marketing development strategy—local marketing analysis
营销发展战略与市场分析
· Building up networks within China battery associations, stakeholders of the battery business and competition
搭建与中国电池行业协会、竞争对手等的联系
· Track and trace the legislation, import regulations affecting the Renata business in realtion to our competition.
跟进影响Renata业务的法律、进口法规以巩固我们的竞争优势
· Competition observation and analysis

Requirement
职位要求
· Completed business degree with a technical or marketing focus or completed technical degree
· 具有技术或市场营销专业的商业学位或技术学位
· Technical understanding, experience in the battery field a plus
· 有电池领域的技术知识和经验者优先
· Rich experience in local sales channel (Distributors) setup for electronic products, better from production plant.
· 具备建立国内电子类产品市场销售渠道（经销商）的丰富经验，最好是有工厂工作背景
· Good English skills
· 良好的英语能力
· Communicative, flexible, open, reliable, used to independent and target-oriented work
· 善于沟通、灵活、外向、可靠，习惯于独立性和有目标性的工作
· Willing to travel in the sales region and internationally
· 愿意在国内外销售区域出差
· Business-oriented thinking, team-oriented, speedy, cost-conscious, assertive, flexible
· 具有较强的业务导向思维、团队合作精神、高效率和成本意识
· IT skills in MS Office, SAP a plus
· 熟练使用微软办公软件，有SAP使用经验者优先考虑
