Arc Flash Label
闪弧标签是闪弧分析之后最直观的输出物,每一个供应商提供的标签格式都各有不同,但其包含的关键信息至少应满足NFPA 70E之要求。
所有的PPE的穿戴都必须和标签对应,因此读懂标签的关键信息至关重要。
我听过很多版本,也问过很多人,可是我依然懵懵懂懂。。。

Arc Flash Boundary
The arc flash boundary shall be the distance at which the incident energy equals 1.2 cal/cm2 (5 J/cm2).
闪弧边界应为入射能量等于 1.2 cal/cm² (5 J/cm² ) 的距离。

Shock Protection Boundaries
The shock protection boundaries identified aslimited approach boundary and restricted approach boundary shall be applicable where personnel are approaching exposed energized electrical conductors or circuit parts. Table 130. 4 (D) (a) shall be used for the distances associated with various ac system voltages, Table 130. 4 (D) (b) shall bused for the distances associated with various dc system voltages.
“限制接近边界”和“禁止接近边界”都属于“防止触电边界”。

Limited Approach Boundary
Approach by Unqualified Persons
Unless permitted by130. 4 (E) (3), no unqualified person shall be permitted approach nearer than the limited approach boundary of energized conductors and circuit parts.
非授权人员接近。
除非130.4(E)(3)允许,否则非授权人员不得靠近带电导线和电路部件的限制接近边界。
Working at or Close to the Limited Approach Boundary
Where one or more unqualified persons are working at or close to the limited approach boundary, the designated person in charge of the work space where the electrical hazard exists shall advise the unqualified person (s) of the electrical hazard and warn him or her to stay outside of the limited approach boundary.
在限制接近边界处或附近工作。
当一名或多名非授权人员在限制接近边界处或其附近工作时,存在电气危害的工作空间的指定负责人应将电气危害告知该非授权人员,并警告其留在限制接近边界以外。
Entering the Limited Approach Boundary
Where there is a need for an unqualified person (s) to cross the limited approach boundary, a qualified person shall advise the unqualified person (s) of the possible hazards and continuously escort the unqualified person (s) while inside the limited approach boundary. Under no circumstance shall unqualified person (s)be permitted to cross the restricted approach boundary.
在限制接近边界内工作。
当非授权人员需要越过限制接近边界时,授权人员应告知非授权人员可能存在的危害,并在限制接近边界内持续陪同非授权人员。在任何情况下,非授权人员不得单独越过限制接近边界。

Restricted Approach Boundary
No qualified person shall approach or take any conductive object closer to exposed energized electrical conductors or circuit parts than the restricted approach boundary set forth in Table 130.4 (D) (a) and Table130.4 (D) (b), unless one of the following conditions applies:
禁止接近边界。
除表130.4(D) (a)和130.4 (D) (b)所规定的禁止接近边界外,任何授权人员不得接近或携带导体靠近暴露的通电导体或电路部件,除非满足下列其中之一条件:

The qualified person is insulated or guarded from energized electrical conductors or circuit parts operating at 50 volts or more Insulating gloves and sleeves are considered insulation only with regard to the energized parts upon which work is performed.
授权人员在50V或更高的电压下与带电体或部件接触,其已经进行了绝缘或隔离,但绝缘手套和护套仅被视为与执行工作的带电部件有关的绝缘。

The energized electrical conductors or circuit parts are insulated from the qualified person and from any other conductive object at a different potential.
授权人员和带电导体或电路部件,以及其他不同电位的导电物体绝缘。

在中国,授权人员就是有电工证的人哦。
进入“禁止接近距离”一定要配置PPE哦!
