大华纱厂创建于1935年，占地140亩，建筑面积8.4万平方。将原有的工业历史建筑与现代城市功能相结合，
打造出都市时尚与商业休闲融合的城市更新综合体体。
上海文创完成了产业规划、空间美学提升方案。
Dahua Cotton Mill was founded in 1935, and the project covers a land of 140 mu and a total GFA of 84,000 sqm.
It integrates the original industrial historical mill and modern city functions, to create a creative cultural complex merging city fashion and commercial and leisure space.
SCC completed industrial planning and space aesthetics enhancement for this project.
