东南巨浸，绝妙烟波。无锡荡口古镇，东枕鹅肫荡，南挽南青荡，北连蔡湾荡，西接苏舍荡，河道纵横、湖荡密布，小桥流水、环境幽雅。孝义之风盛行，物华天宝、钟灵毓秀、名人辈出，是以“水文化”“孝义文化”“名人文化”为特点的江南水乡古镇。

Wuxi Dangkou Ancient Town, east pillow Goose Gizzard Dang, the south of the South Green Dang, the north of the Caiwan Dang, west of the Su She Dang, the river is longitudinal and horizontal, lakes and slopes are densely packed, small bridges and rivers, the environment is quiet and elegant. The wind of filial piety and righteousness prevails, and the town is characterized by "water culture", "filial piety and righteousness culture" and "celebrity culture".

从《康熙南巡图》中采撷灵感

提取 层次+线面+矩阵

和居蓝城·桃李春风即与荡口古镇毗邻，汇聚古镇历史底蕴，传承在地人文特色。设计从《康熙南巡图》的繁华盛景中找寻灵感，擘画现代精英人群品质人居空间，构建出与自然为邻的城市生活第二客厅。

This program is adjacent to Dangkou Ancient Town, bringing together the historical heritage of the town and inheriting the local humanistic characteristics. The design is inspired by the prosperous scene of "Kangxi's Southern Tour", and draws the quality living space for modern elite people, constructing the second living room of city life with nature as its neighbor.

整个项目规划为售楼处、大师工坊、样板区等多个功能区域，在层层解密的游园乐趣中达成现代中式意境的氛围营造。

The entire project is planned to include multiple functional areas such as the sales office, master workshops, and sample areas, creating a modern Chinese atmosphere amidst the decrypted amusement park.

“景观入境”思路

室内外情景交融

蓝城BDS所描摹的售楼处，其已脱离单一的销售取向，而是在物理空间之外延展出未来社区的水乡底色。传统与现代在此交织，商业与体验也相互连接，真实而日常的社区生活如在眼前。无论是会客洽谈、品茗观景，还是游园野趣，在设计所打造的高阶生活场景与功能布局中，都能找到古今对话间生活的丰盈与美好。

In the sales office portrayed by BDS, it has moved away from a single sales orientation and extended beyond the physical space to create the water village undertones of the future community. Tradition and modernity are intertwined here, and commerce and experience are interconnected, creating a real, everyday community life right in front of us. Whether it's meeting guests, sipping tea and enjoying the view, or playing in the garden, the design creates a high-class living scene and functional layout, where you can find the abundance and beauty of life between the ancient and modern dialogues.

在地策略

構建復合場景多維體驗

前厅区

艺术前厅的遥天映绿与波光粼粼的湖面，共同组成生动不凡的自然趣味。奇巧切割而成的镂空与错位设计构成引人入胜的露景，不同材质的对映与碰撞，又构筑出一个如置身太湖之上的新奇视角。

The art front hall's distant sky reflects the green and the shimmering lake surface, together forming a vivid and extraordinary natural interest. The cut-outs and dislocations of the design form an intriguing exposed landscape, while the reflection and collision of different materials create a novel perspective of being on the Taihu Lake.

前厅区

辉光洒落，这一刻即沉醉于如《康熙南巡图》的繁华盛景。古时的街景被引入立面，好似定格在江南市井的生活日常中。不同界面的相接与交替，结合江南风韵的艺术灯饰，带来层次丰富的细腻体验。

When the light falls, the moment you will be mesmerized by the prosperous scene of "Kangxi's Southern Patrol". Ancient street scenes are introduced into the façade, as if they are fixed in the daily life of the Jiangnan towns. Different interfaces are connected and alternated, combined with the artistic lighting of the Jiangnan style, bringing a rich and delicate experience.

沙盘区

行至沙盘区，设计从江南古时民居建筑所解构而来的层次、线面、矩阵，被巧妙转化为了天花与立面。阵列的美感扑面而来，古今叠加的方正比例给予空间更多想象力。

Walking to the sand table area, the layers, lines and matrices deconstructed from the ancient residential buildings in Jiangnan are skillfully transformed into the ceiling and façade. The aesthetics of the arrays come to the surface, and the square proportions of the ancient and modern superimpositions give more imagination to the space.

品茗区重现了慢火细烹茶的古时时光。设计以木为墙，艺术为里，在陈列的旧时小品中找回从前记忆。茶香气也氤氲开来，或泼墨挥毫，或品茗交友，于此尽享静谧的人文生活。

The Tea Tasting Area recreates the ancient time when tea was cooked over a slow fire. Designed with wood as the wall and art as the interior, the area recovers the memory of the old days in the display of old sketches. The aroma of tea is also heavy, or splashing ink, or sipping tea and making friends, enjoying the quiet humanistic life here.

过厅

经过一段艺术过廊转至二层，在片刻小坐中可细细观赏微缩景观与旧时器物的蓬勃生机与时光痕迹。

Passing through an art gallery to the second floor, you can also take a moment to sit and admire the vibrancy and traces of time in the miniature landscapes and artifacts of the olden days.

兼容並蓄

與時光共語的迭新場景

深度洽谈区的打造在金属、木质、布艺、石材等的交错组合中，达成古今交融的人文纵深之感。氤氲的暖光开启城市生活的自在氛围，在深色木艺的衬托下慢叙心绪。

In-depth negotiation area in the metal, wood, fabric, stone and other interlaced combinations, to achieve a sense of humanistic depth of ancient and modern fusion. The dense warm light opens up the atmosphere of city life, and slowly narrates the mind under the background of dark wood art.

洽谈区

慢生活的场景仿佛自成一幅融汇岁月的艺术画卷。大理石的纹理从画面中跳脱出来，而不知不觉间时光游走，光影阑珊中唯见深浅色交织所带来的高雅格调，凝住艺术的生活场景。

The scene of slow life seems to be an art scroll that blends the years. The marble texture jumps out from the picture, and unknowingly time wanders, the only thing you can see in the light and shadow is the elegant style brought by the interweaving of dark and light colors, which condenses the artistic scene of life.

设计以艺术与文化共创，解构不同的交谈秩序，随暖光拂过的斑驳诗意，喻示时光无悔人安在的惬意氛围。

The design uses art and culture to deconstruct the order of different conversations, and the dappled poetry of the setting sun is a metaphor for the cozy atmosphere of time without regrets.

活力生機共生共存

私宴

常青松成为一种精神指引和艺术线索，串联起私宴空间与外界的联系。其葳蕤茂盛之姿，衬得此间的静谧与雅致。各线块的交接与穿插，空间更显立体与节奏感。

The evergreen pine becomes a kind of spiritual guide and artistic clue, connecting the private banquet space with the outside world. Its luxuriant appearance sets off the tranquility and elegance of the space. The intersection and interspersal of lines and blocks make the space more three-dimensional and rhythmic.

洗手间

在去售楼处化设计日益流行的今天，蓝城BDS以文化底蕴为依托，叠加古今时光，将商业诉求与人文生活巧妙融合，造就了本案这一充满未来想象的多元生活空间。丰富的场景体验与社交生活的可能性，再次为城市人居的第二客厅带来了新范式。

In today's increasingly popular design of de-sales office, BDS is based on cultural heritage, superimposed on ancient and modern times, and skillfully integrates commercial demands with humanistic life to create this case, which is a diversified living space full of future imagination. The rich scene experience and the possibility of social life have once again brought a new paradigm for the second living room of urban living.
