我们曾协助一家中资企业,成功从一家进入“商业救援”程序的南非公司收回约3,285,000兰特(约190,326美元)。商业救援是南非特有的法律程序,旨在通过重组困境企业的债务与运营,使其恢复偿付能力或实现优于清算的债权人回报。

We have helped a Chinese company successfully recover approximately ZAR 3,285,000.00 (US$ 190,326.00) from a South African company that was placed into Business Rescue. Business Rescue is a legal process designed to save financially distressed companies by restructuring their affairs, debts and operations to become solvent or achieve a better outcome for creditors than liquidation.

The most underestimated risks include miscalculating the local market size、financial viability of a transaction、and failing to establish a compliant local structure.

② Appoint reputable advisors, particularly auditors and attorneys.
