(1)续航里程难题。轿车一次充电续航可以突破1000公里,是国际知名企业特斯拉的2倍,百公里电耗13度左右,比同业节能1倍;大巴续航突破800公里,百公里电耗60度,比同行节能2倍以上。
(1) cruising mileage: By 1 time charging a car could exceed 1000 kilometers, which is twice the famous Tesla brand car. The electricity consumption per 100 kilometers is about 13 kWh, half of the other products in the market. For the bus industry, one bus could exceed 800 kilometers by 1 time charging, and consumes 60 kilometers per 100 kilometers, 1/3 of the other products in the bus market.
(2)充电难题。采用源全-博澳1MWh储能电池(188片1500Ah电池串联,总电量1000度电)替代充电桩给电动汽车充电可以降低电网负担,并实现对电动汽车的快速充电。同时,储能电池还可以实现波峰、波谷电调节,夜间储存波谷电,白天使用。如建设5万座充电站,每个充电站配10个1MWh储能电池,每天可以储存使用波谷电5亿度,年利用波谷电接近2000亿度,经济和节能效益显著。
(2) power charging: FST-Bo’ao 1MWh energy storage battery (188 pieces of tandem 1500Ah batteries, total power 1000 kWh) could supply charging solution to electric vehicles instead of charging piles, which could reduce the burden of the grid and finish fast charging. The storage battery could adjust the peaks and valleys of the electric supply, and store the valley electricity at night, and finish charging during the daytime. For example, 50,000 charging stations with 10 pcs 1MWh energy storage batteries could supply charging with 500 million kMh valley electricity each day. That is close to 200 billion kWh in annual period. The saving benefits are remarkable.
(3)使用成本难题。目前国内大多纯电动车续航为200公里,电池实际寿命不到1000次,一套电池最多可以行驶20万公里就要换掉。而采用源全-博澳公司大容量电池,续航800公里以上,一套电池可以续航120万公里。由此测算,使用源全-博澳电池轿车每公里电池使用成本仅为0.2元,远低于目前行业0.5元的水平。如按1亿辆纯电轿车计算,平均每年行驶2万公里,采用源全电池可以节约社会成本6000亿元。
(3) the cost: At present, mostly one domestic whole electric vehicle could exceed 200 kilometers after 1 time charging, and the battery service life is less than 1000 times charging, which means the vehicle has to change a new set of batteries every 200,000 kilometers. However, with FST-Bo’ao above 800 kilometers every charging capability, a vehicle only need to change a new set of batteries after 1,200,000 kilometers. In terms of battery cost in RMB, the unit cost for FST-Bo’ao battery is RMB0.2 per kilometer, compared with the average RMB0.5 per kilometer as the usual industry cost. For example, according to the calculation of 100 million whole electric cars, if each car average annual driving distance is 20,000 kilometers, the total of RMB 600 million could be saved by usage of Bo’ao batteries.
