应各国议会联盟主席乔杜里、赞比亚国民议会议长马蒂比尼、卢旺达参议长马库扎和众议长穆卡巴利萨、肯尼亚参议长埃苏罗和国民议会议长穆图里的邀请，全国人大常委会委员长张德江于3月18日至27日赴赞比亚出席各国议会联盟第134届大会并对赞比亚、卢旺达、肯尼亚进行正式友好访问。

中华人民共和国人大常委会张德江委员长、人大外事主任傅莹等高访团，于2016年3月21日上午十点，莅临中国有色集团赞比亚经济贸易合作区，参观中赞经贸成果展。此次有6家在赞中国企业代表受邀参展并接受张德江委员长的参观指示，陕汽赞比亚办事处联合金龙经销商参展一辆F2000红色高顶牵引车和一辆自卸车。
Zhang Dejiang, the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, NPC Foreign Affairs Director Fu Ying and other high delegation visited the CNMCeconomic and trade cooperation zone’s China Economic and Trade Fair in Zambia.6 Chinese enterprises participated in the exhibition and to accept Chairman Zhang Dejiang's visit. SHACMAN’s Zambia office exhibited a red F2000 trailer truck and a dump truck.

经过简短的会议后，张德江委员长便来到了会场参观6家中资企业的参展设备。随后张德江来到SHACMAN展区前，与陕汽驻赞比亚办事处销售代表进行了亲切的交谈，张德江说：“这就是陕汽重卡吧！”并向陕汽销售代表问到了参展的自卸车和牵引车的车型和吨位，张德江还说：“陕汽军车起家，质量过硬，走出海外，也是大势所趋！”
同时陪同张德江委员长进行参观的赞比亚国家副总统WINA女士也说到：“赞比亚国民服务队的陕汽军车已超百余辆，质量很不错！”
After a short delegation, Chairman Zhang Dejiang arrived at the exhibition. He arrived at the SHACMAN display area and conversed with SHACMAN’s sale personnel. Mr. Zhang Dejiang said: “This must be a product of SHACMAN!” and ask SHACMAN personnel more information regarding the vehicles such as tonnage and vehicle model and said “SHACMAN started as a military vehicle manufacture and has excellent quality; being able to be exported overseas is the obvious development trend!” The vice president of Zambia also mentions: “there is over 100 SHACMAN vehicles servicing Zambia at the moment and their qualities are great!”
