这种方式实现的功能非常有限,一般只能实现简单的欢迎词和分机功能。无法实现复杂灵活的多级语音导航和话务分配,无法准确控制每个分机的状态。一般不支持 录音。也没有全面的呼叫数据记录及分析功能。所以用普通的电话交换机实现的所谓呼叫中心,我们不能称之为严格意义上的呼叫中心。
