Recently, the 5000T intelligent large-scale tandem stamping production line of Yadon, equipped with core automation systems provided by Haozhong Automation, successfully completed final commissioning at the overseas client’s site and was officially delivered for use in December 2025. The successful completion of this project not only marks another major breakthrough for partner Yadon in the high-end overseas market but also fully demonstrates Haozhong Automation's leading technologies and outstanding delivery capabilities in the field of stamping automation, especially in supporting large-scale and high-speed production lines.
The delivered 5000T large-scale tandem stamping line integrates 1 unit of YS4L-2000 and 3 units of YS4-1000 large presses. As a key automation partner, Haozhong Automation has tailor-made and delivered a complete 7-axis robotic automation transmission system for the entire line, covering from front-of-line loading to end-of-line unloading. With precise design and stable operation, the system achieves seamless collaboration with Yadon’s high-performance presses, enabling the production line to reach an intermittent and efficient stamping beat of 8-12 strokes per minute, ensuring an efficient, smooth and reliable production process.
The complete set of automation solutions provided by Haozhong Automation not only includes high-performance robots and precise trajectory control but also integrates advanced intelligent functions such as safety protection, quick die change, and sound enclosure coordinated control, comprehensively guaranteeing the safety, flexibility, and environmental protection requirements of the production line under high-speed operation.
