锂拓创能与隆迪控股签署中东新能源战略合作协议
2026年5月18日，锂拓创能（四川）新能源科技发展有限公司（以下简称“锂拓创能”）与隆迪控股集团（以下简称“隆迪控股”）于迪拜正式签署战略合作协议。双方宣布，将围绕中东地区新能源产业链展开深度合作，共同建设高端制造基地，推动中国新能源循环技术与智能制造体系在国际市场的系统化落地。
On May 18, 2026,Li-Tech New Energy Technology (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "LI-TECH") and Longdi Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as "Longdi Holding") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Dubai. The two parties announced that they will engage in in-depth collaboration centered on the new energy industrial chain in the Middle East, jointly build a high-end manufacturing base, and promote the systematic implementation of China's new energy recycling technologies and intelligent manufacturing systems in the international market.

根据合作内容，双方将在阿联酋与沙特共同打造中东首个集锂电循环与新能源应急装备于一体的制造基地，覆盖回收拆解、材料再生、储能PACK制造及应急装备总装等关键环节，重点服务于应急、储能、军工、油气及基建等核心市场。合作将聚焦国际应急电源、工商业储能、城市交通能源运营及电池梯次利用等领域，形成从资源回收到高端装备制造的区域闭环。
Based on the cooperation, the two parties will jointly build the first manufacturing base in the Middle East that integrates lithium battery recycling and new energy emergency equipment, located in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The base will cover key processes such as dismantling and recycling, material regeneration, energy storage PACK manufacturing, and final assembly of emergency equipment. It will primarily serve core markets including emergency response, energy storage, defense, oil and gas, and infrastructure.The collaboration will focus on areas such as international emergency power supplies, commercial and industrial energy storage, urban transportation energy operations, and battery echelon utilization, forming a regional closed loop from resource recoveryhigh-end equipment manufacturing.

在合作模式上，锂拓创能将主导技术研发、智能制造输出、资金统筹及项目运营，隆迪控股则发挥本地资源优势，负责政府关系、许可办理、土地及能源保障，并提供金融与产业资源配套。双方明确，在中东地区互为优先合作伙伴，隆迪控股不与其他第三方开展同类竞争业务，确保锂拓创能在该区域的独家产能地位。
In terms of the cooperation model, LI-TECH will take the lead in technology research and development, smart manufacturing output, fund coordination, and project operations. Longdi Holding will leverage its local resource advantages and be responsible for government relations, permit processing, land and energy guarantees, as well as providing financial and industrial resource support.The two parties have made it clear that they will be each other's priority partners in the Middle East. Longdi Holding will not engage in similar competitive business with any third party, thereby ensuring LI-TECH's exclusive production capacity status in the region.
