钟明凤先生与中国区的管理团队将扩大职能范围，同时领导与支持两个市场的运营。此外我们还将于下月宣布任命新的香港地区副总经理，此职位将直接汇报给钟明凤先生。
新的组织架构将为两个市场创造诸多协同效益，从而加强我们满足并超越两地客户的需求和期望的能力。与此同时，对于同样管理着大中华地区的客户们而言，我们将实现单点联系。
钟明凤先生作为行业元老，从2003年中航嘉信建立以来就一直领导着公司在中国市场的快速发展。 凭借其出色表现，他与他的团队赢得了众多来自客户和公司内部的奖项。我确信公司新的组织架构将极大加强我们的服务能力，同时确保香港的客户实现平稳过渡。

Alignment of CWT China and CWT Hong Kong
I am excited to share with you that we have aligned two of our key markets – China and Hong Kong, under a single leadership team led by Albert Zhong, General Manager Greater China.
Albert and the China leadership team now have expanded roles leading and supporting the teams in both markets. In addition, we will announce the appointment of a new Deputy General Manager for Hong Kong next month. This position will report directly to Albert.
This new structure creates many synergies across both markets and will enhance our ability to meet and exceed needs and expectations of our clients. It will also provide a single point of contact for those managing a Greater China region.
Albert is a veteran of the industry and has led CWT China since the joint venture was established in 2003. He and his team have won multiple client and internal awards for exceptional performance. I am confident that this new structure will enhance our service delivery capabilities, and that the transition will be seamless for clients in Hong Kong.
