接国际民航组织（ICAO）消息，自2016年4月1日起将禁止客运飞机托运锂离子电池。该政策仅适用于将锂离子电池作为货物搭载于客运飞机上的情况下，并非限制乘客随身携带带有锂电池的个人电子设备。
根据目前中国民航总局规定，经航空公司批准旅客可以携带含超过100Wh但不超过160Wh的锂电池电子设备登机。每位旅客携带此类备用电池不得超过两个且不得托运。

ICAO prohibits lithium-ion batteries shipped as cargo on passenger aircraft
As informed by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), effective 1 April 2016, lithium-ion batteries will be prohibited as cargo on passenger aircraft. It pertains only to lithium-ion batteries shipped as cargo on passenger aircraft, and not to those contained in personal electronic devices carried by passengers.
According to current Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) regulations, passengers are permitted to carry electronic devices containing lithium-ion batteries with capacity above 100Wh but below 160Wh onboard after airline’s approval. Each passenger is allowed to carry maximum 2 pieces of said devices/person, and cargo shipment is prohibited.
