根据CWT Alert 最新报道，天津市政府已发布空气污染红色预警，时间从12月23日00:01至24日06:00。在此期间天津市区私人车辆将实施单双号限行，单数日仅限单号车辆行驶，双数日仅限双号车辆行驶。所有户外建筑施工项目将被叫停。当局也将要求市内高污染企业停工直至警报解除。
河北省也同时发布了省域红色警报，并将在主要城市中心实行类似于天津的管制措施。
中航嘉信建议在以上地区或近期有计划出行至这些地区的旅客时刻关注空气污染预警，注意个人安全，合理安排出行。
Update on severe air pollution in northeast China
As reported in a recent CWT Alert, Tianjin municipal authorities have issued a red air pollution alert from 00:01 December 23 through 06:00 December 24. During this period, usage of private vehicles will be restricted within Tianjin municipality; vehicles with even-numbered plates will only be permitted to drive on even calendar days, and odd-numbered plates will only be permitted to drive on odd days. All outdoor construction projects will be suspended. Authorities can force any heavy polluting factories in the municipality to cease operations until the alert is lifted.
Hebei Province has also issued a province-wide red alert and will implement protocols similar to those in Tianjin in major urban centers.
CWT China reminds travelers already in or have plans to travel to the above areas, to pay close attention to the air pollution alert. Take extra precaution to ensure personal safety and arrange travel accordingly.
