Re-occurrence of SMS fraud
Some travelers have received fraud SMS from unknown numbers recently informing them of fictitious flight changes. Travelers are asked to contact a service hotline provided within the SMS to change/refund their tickets.
CWT China reminds travelers to be wary of such unexpected text messages and to avoid dialing any numbers provided. Should any change/refund of a ticket be required, please contact the CWT China Traveler Services Center or airline hotlines directly to avoid potential losses.
