接马来西亚国际航空 通知，自2017年5月1日（出票日期）起该航空公司将取消托运行李限制件数的规定（原为2件），同时超重行李将以“每公斤”为单位计算超重行李费用（原为每3公斤计算）。
这意味着，只要托运行李的总重量不超过机票舱位所规定的最大重量，旅客可以免费托运任意件数的行李。以下为马航免费托运行李限额：
· 头等舱：50公斤
· 商务舱：40公斤
· 经济舱：30公斤

Malaysia Airlines adjusted its checked-baggage regulations
As informed by Malaysia Airlines, the airline changed previous two pieces of checked-baggage to current unlimited pieces of checked-baggage, effective 1 May 2017 (date of issue). Meanwhile, the excess baggage will be charged as "per kg" instead of "per 3kg".
That means travelers can check-in any pieces of baggage as long as the total weight is less than the maximum baggage allowance of the cabin class. As below is the free baggage allowance:
· First class: 50kg
· Business class: 40kg
· Economy class: 30kg
