据民航资源网 消息，10月30日起全国民航将启用新的冬春季航班计划。航班换季后，季前预定的机票可能出现航班取消或时间变化。目前已有多家航空公司公布换季航班计划，包括东方航空、南方航班、中国航空、青岛航空、山东航空等。

我国民航系统每年一般进行两次航班计划调整。每年3月最后一个周日和10月最后一个周六，执行夏秋季航班计划；10月最后一个周日至来年3月最后一个周六，执行冬春季航班计划。航班换季是为了确保季节更替后旅客的空中交通出行更加合理、便捷。

Winter-spring flight program in civil aviation in China starts on 30 October 2016
As reported by Civil Aviation Resource Net of China (CARNOC), civil aviation in China will initiate the 2016 winter-spring flight program effective October 30. Tickets booked before this date may encounter flight cancellations or schedule changes. Several airlines have already announced the new flight plans, including China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Air China, Qingdao Airlines and Shandong Airlines.
Seasonal flight program in civil aviation in China
Civil aviation in China changes its flight program twice a year. The summer-autumn program is implemented between the last Sunday of March and the last Saturday of October, while the winter-spring program is between the last Sunday of October and the last Saturday of March next year. This seasonal change ensures that travelers can enjoy a more reasonable and convenient air travel during different seasons.
