据海南航空 报道，自2017年4月6日零时起，北京首都国际机场将全面实施中国民航航空76号令，国际中转旅客购买的未拆封免税标识的液态物品，如物品容器容积量超过100ML，均需办理托运，不得随身携带或作为手提行李过安检。

Beijing Capital International Airport: international transfer passengers have to place the unopened duty-free liquids larger than 100ML in checked baggage
As reported by Hainan Airlines, Beijing Capital International Airport has fully implemented No.76 order by Civil Aviation in China, beginning from 0000 on 6 April 2017. International transfer passengers have to place the unopened duty-free liquid larger than 100ML in checked baggage. These liquids cannot be carried personally or transported in carry-on baggage during security check.
