据科伦坡班达拉奈克国际机场官网 报道，该机场计划于当地时间2017年1月6日至4月6日期间重建跑道，在此期间，所有航空公司需根据跑道关闭时间调整国际航班时间。
据斯里兰卡航空 通知，该航空公司将调整科伦坡至上海以及科伦坡至北京航班的运营时间，且该航班需经停位于斯里兰卡汉班托塔市的马塔拉国际机场，而上海至科伦坡及北京至科伦坡航班的离港时间没有变化。

Some international flights departure from Colombo International Airport will be re-scheduled between January 6 and April 6 due to the construction of the airport runway
As reported on Colombo International Airport official website, the airport planned to resurface the runway from January 6 to April 6 (local time). All international flights have to be re-scheduled accordingly due to the runway closure.
Meanwhile, as reported by Srilankan Airlines, the airlines will re-schedule flights from Colombo to Shanghai and to Beijing with one stopover at Mattala International Airport which locates at Hambanthota, Sri Lanka. There will be no change in departure time from Shanghai and Beijing to Colombo.
