美国国土安全部 和英国交通部 同时于3月21日发布最新电子设备携带规定：从部分中东、北非国家前往美国和英国的旅客禁止随身携带大型电子设备登机。这些电子设备仅可作为托运行李托运。
对前往美国的旅客的影响：
从以下10个机场出发前往美国的旅客，请勿随身携带笔记本、平板电脑、电子阅读器、数码相机、便携式DVD播放器、体积大于智能手机的电子游戏机、便携式打印机/扫描仪等体积较大的电子设备：
• 约旦安曼阿利亚皇后机场（AMM）
• 埃及开罗国际机场（CAI）
• 土耳其伊斯坦布尔阿塔图尔克国际机场（IST）
• 沙特阿拉伯哈立德国王机场（RUH）
• 科威特国际机场（KWI）
• 摩洛哥卡萨布兰卡机场（CMN）
• 卡塔尔多哈哈马德国际机场（DOH）
• 阿联酋迪拜国际机场（DXB）
• 阿联酋阿布扎比国际机场（AUH）

对前往英国的旅客的影响：
从土耳其、黎巴嫩、约旦、埃及、突尼斯及沙特阿拉伯出发前往英国的旅客，请勿随身携带体积超过16.0cm*9.3cm*1.5cm的手机、手提电脑和平板电脑等电子设备。

United States and United Kingdom: large electronic devices are banned in carry-on luggage on US-, UK-bound flights from the Middle East and North Africa
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.K. Department of Transport both issued a new regulation on electronic devices in carry-on luggage on March 21. Travelers flying on US-, UK-bound flights from the Middle East and North Africa are banned to go abroad with large electronic devices. These electronic devices could only be placed in checked lugguage.
For travelers to U.S.
Travelers departure from the below ten airports to U.S. are not allowed to carry large electronic devices including laptops, tablets, E-readers, cameras, portable DVD players, electronic game unites larger than a smart phone and travel printers/scanners:
• Queen Alia International Airport, Jordan (AMM)
• Cairo International Airport, Egypt (CAI)
• Ataturk International Airport, Turkey (IST)
• King Abdul-Aziz International Airport, Saudi Arabia (JED)
• King Khalid International Airport, Saudi Arabia (RUH)
• Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait (KWI)
• Mohammed V Airport, Morocco (CMN)
• Hamad International Airport, Qatar (DOH)
• Dubai International Airport, United Arab Emirates (DXB)
• Abu Dhabi International Airport, United Arab Emirates (AUH)

Travelers departure from Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia to U.K. are not allowed to carry phones, laptops and tablets which are larger than 16.0cm*9.3cm*1.5cm.
