据民航资源网 报道，为营造更加安全、快捷、舒适的出行环境，即日起长沙黄花国际机场T2航站楼出发层正式实行“5分钟限时停车”的新规。停车若超时，电子警察将自动进行抓怕，并给予罚款100元、记3分的处罚。
中航嘉信提醒旅客尽快完成送客并驶离出发层，若需进楼请将车辆停至停车场。

As reported by Civil Aviation Resource Net of China (CARNOC), Changsha Huanghua International Airport has implemented a new "5-minute time limit" policy on all vehicles on the departure level at Terminal 2, to make a safer, quicker and more convenient travel environment. Electronic police will photograph automatically of illegal parking exceeding the time limit and 100RMB and three points will be fined.
CWT China reminds travels to drive away from the departure level as soon as the passengers are off. Should you need to enter the terminals, please park the car in the airport parking lot.
