根据来自多个渠道的报道，《民用航空安全检查规则》公布自2017年1月1日起正式允许中国机场实行“一证通关”，即乘坐国内航班的旅客可持二代身份证直接前往专属安检通道办理值机。目前包括上海虹桥机场、福州机场在内的多个国内机场已率先实行该政策。
目前该政策仅适用于无托运行李的境内乘机旅客，暂不支持国际客票、儿童票、婴儿票、境内头等舱客票等特殊旅客和持有护照、港澳通行证等其他证件的旅客。此外，有托运行李的旅客仍需到人工值机柜台办理行李托运后，再到安检通道通关。
由于每个机场实行新政的时间不同，中航嘉信建议旅客尽量提前到达机场，并根据机场指示牌前往正确地点办理乘机手续，并以机场实际操作情况为准。
Travelers with domestic flights may check-in by ID card from 1 January 2017
As reported by various sources, airports in China will be allowed to launch a new "customs clearance by ID card" policy according to "Civil Aviation Security Inspection Regulation", effective 1 January 2017. According to the new policy, travelers with domestic flights could check in through airport dedicated security check channel by ID card. Domestic airports like Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Fuzhou Airport have already launched the policy.
The new policy currently only applies to travelers on domestic flights without checked baggage. Travelers with international flight, children ticket, infant ticket, first-class of domestic flight, or passengers using passport, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to/from Hong Kong and Macao or other certification shall not use the new policy. In addition, travelers with checked baggage still have to go to manual check-in counter to check baggage, then go through the security check.
