2016年1月起，CWT将香港纳入大中华地区的范畴，并由此在中国和香港市场推出了一系列变革和联动项目，从而为我们的客户提供更好的服务和体验。所有这些变化都将助力实现我们的3.0战略。
中航嘉信广州分公司被设计为一个延伸服务中心，来支持超出CWT香港处理能力的电话和邮件，从而为我们的香港客户提供更加流畅和优质的服务体验。广州分公司的所有电话和邮件系统完全按照香港当地的市场需求来设置，所有工作人员都进行了重新培训，以遵循香港客户的流程。

It's all about delivering a consumer-grade experience for the traveler to improve compliance to your travel program. Travelers are also consumers and the bar has been set high based on the experiences they encounter in their daily lives. That’s the bar we need to reach if we want to grow program participation. We all know policy is important but can only go so far.
Optimizing your travel program
For you and your program, we are working to integrate the right tools and data to deliver more intelligence and more content, as well as enabling you to communicate with your travelers more e ectively, and as a result pulling more and more of your travelers into compliant booking paths.
Bringing you smart innovations
We are investing in technology and innovation to anticipate what is coming next and constantly improve our solutions.
In January 2016, CWT expanded our Greater China region to include Hong Kong. Since then we have been undertaking a few changes and
synergy projects between the China & Hong Kong markets, which will provide a better service and experience to our customers and will help us to move towards our CWT 3.0 vision.
We are reforming CWT's Guangzhou branch o ce to become an extended service centre to support the overflow of calls and emails from CWT Hong Kong, providing a seamless and enhanced experience for our Hong Kong customers. All phone and email systems in Guangzhou were set up according to Hong Kong's local market requirements and all sta have been trained to follow our Hong Kong customers' procedures.
CWT China is well known amongst companies in mainland China, and has a sound reputation. We now have the opportunity to extend our travel services to their o ces in Hong Kong and the southern China region, such as Shenzhen. Our restructured Guangzhou service centre can now provide a one-stop service for Chinese companies who have operations in both mainland China and Hong Kong. We will have both China and Hong Kong global distribution systems (GDS) installed in Guangzhou so we can provide access to the best fares and travel content from each market in order to provide a more comprehensive and cost e ective service to your travelers. Our "1 Company - 2 Systems" arrangement in Guangzhou can provide a unique and truly "Greater China Service Centre" model.
With all the changes and synergy projects between CWT China and Hong Kong, I am confident that we will help our clients in the Greater China region unlock their business potential, by doing what we do best-connecting people.
