As reported by China Eastern Airlines official website, travelers who successfully bought tickets and traveled by China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines are able to apply for free Wi-Fi service by China Eastern Airlines official website or App, effective immediately. More than 50 wide-body aircrafts have launched Wi-Fi service, including flights as below:

It is worthy noticing that equipment which allowed to use Wi-Fi service includes laptops with wireless network and tablet personal computers. However mobile phones must be closed during flight due to related laws and regulations of Civil Aviation Administration of China.
