中航嘉信商务旅行管理有限公司总经理钟明凤先生近期参加第4届中国国际商旅大会期间接受TTGmice专访，谈及中航嘉信今年业务首要目标。
您今年最大的业务目标是什么呢？
“我们一直在努力尝试渗透深入本地市场。在中国，我们团队的首要任务或者说重点是，实实在在地与中国公司企业合作，帮助他们或者支持他们打造一流的差旅管理项目。”
为什么之前达到这个目标很难？
“差旅市场正在日趋成熟。尽管如此，这个市场前景仍然非常巨大。中国企业如今发展势头迅猛。他们不仅仅在中国取得了发展与进步，还积极拓展他们的海外事业。老实说，我觉得这里存在着一个很大商业机会，他们的业务更加趋于国际化的同时，企业支出的比率也在相应逐渐增大。当他们在差旅方面投入更多的资金时，我相信他们势必需要一个牢靠稳妥的差旅管理项目支撑。不过，中国企业与跨国企业，他们还是存在某些微妙的市场差异。因此，能够让本地中国企业能够切实地理解真正的差旅管理是什么样子的变得至关重要。”

Albert Zhong, General Manager, Carlson Wagnolit, China (CWT China), recently was interviewed by TTGmice when he was in Shanghai for the 4th Corporate Travel World China (CTW China) conference. He spoke about what are CWT China’s business priorities this year.
What are your goals and priorities for the company this year?
"We have been trying very hard to penetrate into the local market. The number one priority or focus for the team here in China is really to work with Chinese companies and help them or support them in creating first class managed travel programmes."
Why was it difficult before to achieve this?
"The market has been gradually maturing. However, the market still has really good potential. Chinese companies are growing very fast in terms of their operations. They are not only developing and making progress within China, but they are also expanding their business overseas. And honestly, I think there’s a big opportunity for them to spend much more while their businesses become more international. When they are spending much more money in travel, I think they really do need to have a solid managed travel programme. There are some market nuances when comparing Chinese companies with multinational companies. So it is getting very critical for local Chinese companies to really understand what a managed travel programme should look like..
