根据公安部统一部署，北京上海两市公安局因启用全国公安出入境管理信息系统，本月底将暂停出入境业务办理，具体公告如下:
北京
12月24日0时至12月27日24时，全市公安机关的出入境证件受理点、自助服务区、“北京市公安局‘出入境管理办事大厅’”网站及手机App平台，因系统切换将暂停服务。12月28日起，恢复正常业务办理。
上海
2017年12月22日至12月25日，上海市所有出入境管理办证大厅、自助服务点及“上海市出入境管理局电子政务平台”互联网网站和“上海公安出入境管理”微信等服务平台将暂停服务。2017年12月26日，恢复正常业务办理。

Public Security Bureaus in Beijing and Shanghai will suspend exit-entry document service separately at the end of December
As arranged by Ministry of Public Security, Public Security Bureaus in Beijing and Shanghai will start installing a nationwide exit-entry administration information system, thus will suspend related exit-entry document service at the end of December in the two cities. Official notice has been shown as below:
Beijing
Exit-entry administration offices of Public Security in Beijing, self service areas, administration hall of exit-entry website and its mobile App will suspend all their service and operation from 0000 on December 24 to 2400 on December 27. All service and operation will be resumed from 0000 on December 28.
Shanghai
Administration hall of exit-entry website, serf-service sites, online platform for government affairs of exit-entry administration bureau of shanghai public security bureau and wechat account of exit-entry administration of Shanghai public security will suspend all their service and operation from 0000 on December 22 to 2400 December 25. All service and operation will be resumed from 0000 on December 26.
