接中国南方航空 通知，自4月26日零时起，广州白云机场T2航站楼正式启用；南航承运航班仍在T1航站楼办理值机手续，搬迁至T2航站楼的具体时间将另行通知。
需要注意的是，南航的代码共享航班、实际承运人为厦门航空、沙特航空、肯尼亚航空、印尼鹰航航班将于4月26日起在T2航站楼办理值机手续。
由于此前系统及行程单已提前标注4月26日起南航航班为T2航站楼，由此引起的旅客误机等出行不便，南航的相关安排如下：自2018年4月26日至5月25日期间乘机，持有南航当天的广州始发有效客票的旅客因T1/T2转场原因造成晚到误机或衔接错失（含市场方或承运方为南航的代码共享航班）的，旅客可前往南航值机中转柜台或值班主任柜台办理客票退改签业务。
中航嘉信提醒近期计划乘坐飞机前往返广州的旅客，敬请留意航空公司及机场提醒，以免走错航站楼，耽误行程。
Update on the Operation Terminal Change at Guangzhou Airport China Southern Airlines issued change/refund policy
As informed by China Southern Airlines, Terminal 2 at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has been officially used since April 26. Travellers who fly with China Southern Airlines from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport are supposed to go to Terminal 1 for check-in and boarding issues as before. China Southern Airlines will inform all once they have decided the date when to move their operation to Terminal 2.
What needs special attention is that starting from 26 April, flights which are sold by China Southern Airlines while carried by below four airlines of Xiamen Air, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Kenya Airways, Garuda Indonesia are now being operated at Terminal 2 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
As notice has been sent out and marked on the itinerary before that China Southern Airlines would be operated at Terminal 2 from April 26, no-show and other inconvenience have been caused therefore. China Southern hereby made arrangements as below: If travellers who fly with China southern/carried by China Southern miss their flights for not being well-informed of the correct terminal information during April 26 to May 25, they are encouraged to go to check-in counters or turn to shift supervisor for ticket-refunding or changing.
