根据中国南方航空 消息，南航已于3月24日起实行新的国内机票退改手续费收费标准。调整可概括为：越早退改，手续费越低。具体新规如下：
自愿更改和自愿退票手续费收费标准实行“阶梯费率”，共有四挡标准：
· 航班起飞前7天（含）之前
· 航班起飞前7天（不含）至2天（含）
· 航班起飞前2天（不含）至4小时（含）
· 航班起飞前4小时（不含）后
四个时间段内的退改手续费收费标准不同且时间计算精确到分钟。

China Southern Airlines launched new service charge standard for changing or refunding domestic tickets effective March 24
As informed by China Southern Airlines, effective 24 March 2019, China Southern Airlines launched new service charge standard for changing or refunding domestic tickets. The main idea is "the earlier you change or refund the tickets, the fewer service charge you have to pay". Details as below:
Voluntary change and voluntary refund are subject to "step rate". There are four levels:
· 7 days (incl.) before departure
· 7 days (excl.) to 2 days (excl.) before departure
· 4 hours (excl.) to 2 days (excl.) before departure
· Within 4 hours (excl.) before departure
Four periods of service charge for changing or refunding are at different rates and the time calculation is accurate to minutes.
