根据首都航空 通知，乘机日自2019年3月31日（含）起，该航空公司经济舱将实施品牌运价产品体系。除去公务舱外，经济舱将不再提供免费餐食。公务舱旅客可携带2件5KG手提行李，体积不超过20x40x55cm，经济舱旅客可携带1件7KG以内、体积不超过20x30x40厘米的手提行李。

Capital Airlines will adjust meals and hand-luggage allowance in economy class effective March 31
As informed by Capital Airlines, it will implement brand freight product system from 31 March 2019 (incl.) (departure date). There will be no free meals in economy class except business class. For business class travelers, 2 pieces of carry-on luggage are allowed. Its size should not exceed 20x40x55cm, and weight not more than 5kg. For economy class travelers, only 1 piece of carry-on luggage is permitted. Its size should not exceed 20x30x40cm, and weight no more than 7kg.
