国家移民管理局 近日召开新闻发布会，宣布自4月1日起，中华人民共和国普通护照、往来港澳通行证、往来台湾通行证等出入境证件实行“全国通办”，即内地居民可在全国任一出入境管理窗口申请办理出入境证件，申办手续与户籍地一致。
出入境证件实行“全国通办”后，将实现三个“都能办”：
· 全国各地都能办 - 内地居民可在全国任一出入境管理窗口申办出入境证件，申请材料与户籍地一致；
· 内地居民都能办 - 不受户籍地、居住地等条件限制，内地居民均可在异地申办出入境证件；
· 出国出境证件都能办 -中华人民共和国普通护照、往来港澳通行证、往来台湾通行证等都可在异地申办。
此外，这次推出的新举措包括异地申办赴港澳台团队旅游签注可在自主签注机上办理，立等可取。
国家移民管理局政务服务平台同步于4月1日上线。旅客可通过服务网站、国家移民管理局App、第三方平台等方式，预约申请证件、办理往来港澳台旅游签注、查询证件进度、证件信息、出入境记录及办事指引，并且该平台提供24小时网上服务，旅客未来办理相关业务将更加便捷。
Entry and exit documents for mainland residents can be dealt nationwide effective April 1
Recently, National Immigration Administration held a press conference. Effective April 1, entry and exit documents including the passport of the People's Republic of China, valid Exit-Entry permit (EEP) to HK/Macau, and travel permit for mainlanders to enter and exit Taiwan can be dealt nationwide. It means that mainland resident can apply for exit and entry certificate in countrywide any exit and entry management window while the application for formalities has to be consistent with place of domicile.

· All go abroad exit certificates can be done - the passport of the People's Republic of China, valid Exit-Entry permit (EEP) to HK/ Macau, and travel permit for mainlanders to enter and exit Taiwan all can be done in place other than one's own hometown.
In addition, these new measures have included tourist team visa to HK/Macau/Taiwan in place other than one's own hometown can be dealt on the automatic visa machine. Travelers have the visas ready while waiting.
National Immigration Administration government affairs service platform will go live on April 1. Travelers can reserve to apply certificates, deal tourist visa to HK/Macau/Taiwan and inquire certificate progress, certificate information and immigration records and guidance notes via the service platform, National Immigration Administration APP and the third platform. The Platform will offer the 24-hour online service. In the future, travelers can deal these business more convenient.
