近日，上海出入境检验检疫局 发布《上海口岸旅邮检信用信息归集和使用管理办法（试行）》的公告，自2018年1月1日起，出入境旅客或进出境邮寄物的寄递人发生以下违反检验检疫法律法规的行为，将作为个人失信信用信息被记录，检验检疫机构将严格按规定向国家和上海市公共信用信息服务平台提供信用信息。
以下五种行为将影响诚信记录
1. 一年内有两次以上携带、邮寄禁止进境物被依法查获的；
2. 故意瞒报、谎报、藏匿禁止进境物被依法查获的；
3. 以暴力、威胁方法拒不接受检疫处理决定或者拒绝、阻扰检验检疫机构依法实施检疫执法行为的；
4. 窃取、抢夺、损毁、抛洒动植物检疫机关截留的动植物及其产品的；
5. 依据相关法律、法规应追究刑事责任的。

Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued an announcement on personal credit collection at Shanghai ports recently, exit-entry travelers or the senders of exit-entry packages who violate below fives regulations will be recorded for losing credits, which will be provided to both China national and Shanghai credit information platform.
The below five behaviors will influence personal credits
1. carry or mail forbidden goods for more than twice
2. conceal, hide and lie about forbidden goods
3. reject to accept the punishment decision violently or interfere the inspection process
4. steal, rob, damage the samples taken from the animals and plants or their products
5. criminal liability has been claimed based on laws and regulations
