近日，中国境内首屈一指的跨国差旅品牌中航嘉信 (CWT China) 于中国东方航空公司华北营销中心举办以“携手共赢，畅享东方”为主题的2018产品推介会暨集团客户颁奖典礼活动中获得“集团客户最佳差旅服务商”殊荣。该年度奖项隶属于东航客户答谢系列奖项，旨在表彰与感谢积极推动东航业务纵深发展并为其品牌营销赋能的重要业务合作伙伴。年度“集团客户最佳差旅服务商”大奖不仅意味着市场及客户对于中航嘉信专业化差旅道路的肯定，也意味着中航嘉信过去一年的行业领导地位以及对东航品牌推广的卓越执行力。在北京召开的此次大会汇聚了中国境内近120名重量级集团客户代表。
据悉，集团客户的发展及服务提升是东航2018年的工作重点之一。东航将对标世界一流航企，完善客户及渠道服务体系，强化集团客户一站式直连服务能力；完成渠道、客户全流程服务体系及运行机制的建立，强化客户体验；健全深化客户经理制度，扩大“管家模式”服务范围，不断提升集团客户获取能力、维护能力、服务能力。

CWT China Receives Best TMC Award from China Eastern Airlines

Carlson Wagonlit Travel, China (CWT China), the leading travel management company, was recently recognized with a Best TMC Award from China Eastern Airlines at its 2018 Product Launch and Awards Ceremony on May 30. Best TMC Award is one of an annual awards programmes from China Eastern honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout mainland China. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programmes to generate competitive advantages and long-term value in corporate travel area. Held in Beijing, the event brings together approximately 120 client representatives from across mainland China.
Corporate Travel is one of the 2018 priorities for China Eastern. Establishing outstanding work practices, excellent full customer service, and overall value in corporate travel will be China key focus area.
