据上海机场 消息，2017年9月1日起各航空公司将与上海浦东国际机场全面加强旅客手提超规行李物品的检查，并在候机区入口处设置管控环节。
为什么要加强“超规”手提行李的检查？
飞机客舱行李架空间和承重有限，超规行李可能导致行李架在飞行中打开，影响飞行安全。此外，超规行李还会增加客舱通道占用时间，影响登机效率和秩序。
中航嘉信提醒有计划从该机场出行的旅客提前与航空公司确认手提行李限额，超规行李物品在办票时尽早托运，以免耽误行程。

As reported by Shanghai Airport, all airlines will corporate with Shanghai Pudong International Airport to fully strengthen security checks for travelers' over-limit hand-baggage from 1 September 2017. Monitor devices will be set at the entrance of the waiting area.
Why the airport has to strengthen security checks for over-limit hand-baggage?
It is limited for baggage rack space and carrying capacity of aircraft cabin. Over-limit hand-baggage may result in baggage rack's opening which will affect flight safety. In additional, over-limit hand-baggage will increase time for cabin passage's occupancy which will affect efficiency and order of boarding.
