让你的温暖触手可及 · 2017中航嘉信关爱西部公益项目
2017年7月，中航嘉信于企业内部发起了“让你的温暖触手可及”的关爱西部公益捐助活动。中航嘉信号召全体员工将家中闲置的衣物、课本及学习用品通过公司集体捐助的形式帮助到物资稀缺的中国西部地区。
截止目前，来自中航嘉信北京、上海、眉山、天津以及广州5个办公室总计794件过冬寒衣、252本书籍课本以及57件学习用品已顺利抵达援助地区并由当地相关部门发放给救助对象。
“这并不是中航嘉信第一次关爱西部贫困地区的爱心义举，当然这更不会是最后一次。通过捐助闲置物资的形式不仅可以帮助到那些物资紧缺的贫困家庭，更重要的是那些已经被我们闲置的物资可以迎来再利用的春天。大中华区旅行服务中心总监赵瑛女士表示，“作为企业，我们应该积极承担企业社会责任，组织这样多方惠利的企业活动。我们是社会的一份子，我们的业务很大程度上仰赖社会大众的支持。因此，我们将回馈社会作为我们业务的重要领域之一。”
CWT China successfully finished 2017 donation campaign
A winter clothes/books/school supplies donation campaign named "Make the Warmth Work for You" was launched in CWT China in July 2017. The company called for the love and compassion of all the employees and asked them to donate winter clothes/ book / school supplies for the poor China’s West.
A total donation of 794 second-hand winter clothes, 252 books and 57 school suppliers from 5 sites (Beijing, Shanghai, Meishan, Tianjin and Guangzhou) of CWT China was sent to poverty-stricken areas.
"This is not the first time CWT China has helped the poor in China's West and certainly will not be the last. And recycling and donating your stuffs will keep them out of the trash and into the hands of someone who can give them a second life. Through this donation, the lives of very poor people have changed for the better. This is a life changing deed of kindness." Janet Zhao, Director, Traveler Services Greater China said, "We should shoulder certain social responsibilities, because we are part of the society and society has invested heavily for our business. Hence, the business in turn must repay several things to the society."
