2019年6月11日起，中国南方航空将开通广州至长沙至内罗毕的航线。该航线采用空客33H机型执飞，每周两班。
广州-乌鲁木齐-维也纳航线开航
2019年6月18日起，中国南方航空将开通广州至乌鲁木齐至维也纳航线。该航线采用波音788机型执飞，每周三班。
2019年6月25日起，中国南方航空将开通郑州至伦敦的直飞航线。该航线采用波音788机型执飞，每周两班。

From 15 July to 30 September 2019, route between Beijing and Amsterdam will adjust its aircraft type into A380.
Non-stop route between Wuhan and Istanbul has been launched
Effective 29 May 2019, China Southern Airlines launched non-stop route between Wuhan and Istanbul. Boeing 788 are used on this route three times a week.
Route between Guangzhou, Changsha and Nairobi will be launched
Effective 11 June 2019, China Southern Airlines will launch route between Guangzhou and Nairobi which stops in Changsha. Airbus 33H are used on this route twice a week.
Route between Guangzhou, Urumchi and Vienna will be launched
Effective 18 June 2019, China Southern Airlines will launch route between Guangzhou and Vienna which stops in Urumchi. Boeing 788 are used on this route three times a week.
Non-stop route between Zhengzhou and London will be launched
Effective 25 June 2019, China Southern Airlines will launch non-stop route between Zhengzhou and London. Boeing 788 are used on this route twice a week.
Non-stop route between Wuhan and New York will be launched
Effective 10 July 2019, China Southern Airlines will launch non-stop route between Wuhan and New York. Boeing 788 are used on this route three times a week.
