6月30日之前您需要执行的操作
将主域名与子域名列入白名单
请向您的IT部门确认所有myCWT.com的子域名均已被加入白名单。以下是我们正在添加的子域名列表：

https://profile.mycwt.com
将主域名以及子域名发送的邮件列入白名单
此外，您还需向IT部门确认发自@mycwt.com及其子域名的所有邮件均已被加入白名单。如未完成上述操作，您的差旅人员将收不到CWT的邮件。比如，如果 noreply@reservation.mycwt.com电子邮件地址尚未被加入白名单，那么您的差旅人员将收不到他们的差旅行程邮件。
将邮件地址列入安全发件人
请注意，6月30日起，我们的电子邮件地址将更改为initiallastname@mycwt.com。我们期待与您沟通。因此，请确认您已经将我们的电子邮件地址加入到安全发件人列表中。供您参考：我们的现用电子邮件地址在本次更改后不会立即停用，但是仅用于接收邮件。

Our domain change will take place on 30 June. Actions you need to take to ensure a smooth transition
As we announced at the end of May, we have embarked on a new phase of our journey to provide you and your travelers with the best possible service and experience by simplifying corporate travel, connecting to unlock possibilities, and moving forward together.
This is a reminder to complete actions to ensure a smooth transition for you and your travelers.
What you need to do before 30 June
Whitelist domain and subdomains
Please ask your IT department to verify that all myCWT.com subdomains are whitelisted. Here's the list of subdomains we are adding:

https://profile.mycwt.com
Whitelist emails sent from domain and subdomains
It is also important that your IT department verifies that all emails sent from @mycwt.com and subdomains are whitelisted. Failure to do so will result in your travelers not receiving emails from CWT. For instance, if the noreply@reservation.mycwt.com email address is not whitelisted, your travelers will not receive their travel itineraries by email.
Save email addresses on your Safe Senders list
CWT email addresses will also change on 30 June to initiallastname@mycwt.com. Please make sure you add our email addresses to your Safe Senders list. For your information: Our old email addresses will work for a period after this change, but this action ensures receipt of incoming messages.
