2018年11月15日，中国南方航空 宣布自2019年1月1日起退出天合联盟。近日，中国南方航空发布了《关于退出天合联盟后旅客服务的公告》，旨在2019年1月1日至12月31日这段过渡期内，选择搭乘南航的旅客无论从服务体验、或是旅客权益都能继续得到保障。具体公告内容如下：
1. 南航退出天合联盟之后，非会员旅客的权益不受影响。
2. 在过渡期内，南航明珠会员的里程累积、补登及兑换权益保持不变：
2.1 里程累积与补登
旅行日期在2019年12月31日（含）以前，南航明珠会员乘坐天合联盟19家成员的航班可正常累积里程。如发生里程漏登，会员可在航班起飞后6个月内申请里程补登。
同样，旅行日期在2019年12月31日（含）以前，天合联盟19家成员的常旅客会员乘坐南航航班，可正常累积里程与补登。
2.2 里程兑换
南航明珠会员可在2019年12月31日（含）以前兑换天合联盟19家成员航班的会员奖励机票，已兑换的奖励机票须在客票有效期内且在2020年12月31日（含）以前完成旅行。
同样，天合联盟19家成员的常旅客可在2019年12月31日（含）以前兑换南航航班的会员奖励机票。
3. 在过渡期内，旅行日期在2019年12月31日（含）以前，南航明珠金银卡会员、头等舱和商务舱旅客搭乘19家天合联盟成员航空公司航班权益保持不变，包括：天合优享、休息室准入、精英会员识别及精英会员权益。同样，旅行日期在2019年12月31日（含）以前，天合联盟超级精英会员、头等舱和商务舱旅客搭乘南航航班可继续享受以上权益。

China Southern Airlines issued the notice of customer service matters after its exit from Sky Team
On 15 November 2018, China Southern Airlines announced to withdraw from Sky Team, effective 1 January 2019. Recently, China Southern Airlines issued the notice of customer service matters after its exit from Sky Team. It is aimed to continue keeping travelers who choose to take China Southern Airlines get guarantee from both service experience and traveler rights during the transitional period between 1 January and 31 December 2019. Details as below:
1. With China Southern Airlines' exit from Sky Team, the benefits of its non-member customers will not be affected.
2. During the transition period of 2019, members of China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club will still enjoy the benefits of mileage accrual, retro-crediting and redemption.
2.1 Mileage Accrual and Retro-crediting
With travel dates on and before 31 December 2019, members of China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club will still be able to earn miles on Sky Team's 19 member airlines and retro credit their miles within 6 months after the travel.
With travel dates on and before 31 December 2019, Frequent Flyer Program members of Sky Team's 19 member airlines will also be able to earn and retro credit miles on China Southern flights.
2.2 Miles Redemption
Members of China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club will be able to redeem their miles for flights operated by the 19 Sky Team member airlines until 31 December 2019.
Meanwhile, Frequent Flyer Program of the 19 Sky Team member airlines can redeem their miles for flights operated by China Southern until the same date. All travel must be completed no later than 31 December 2020.
3. During the transition period of 2019, with travel dates before 31 December 2019, Elite Members of China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club and First/Business Class customers who fly with Sky Team’s 19 member airlines will still be able to enjoy Skyriority, lounge access, elite recognition and elite benefits.
