接北京市公安局公安交通管理局 通知，为保障首都机场航站楼前道路交通安全与畅通，方便旅客抵离首都机场，自8月16日起北京首都机场1号、2号航站楼出发层限时停车5分钟，3号航站楼出发层、到达层限时停车8分钟。停车若超时，电子警察将自动进行抓拍，并给予罚款200元、记3分处罚。
中航嘉信提醒旅客尽快完成送客并驶离出发层，若需进楼请将车辆停至停车场。

As informed by Beijing Traffic Management Bureau, to guarantee the safety and smoothness of the road traffic in front of Terminals and make it convenient for passengers to arrive at and leave, Beijing Capital International Airport will implement a new "5-minute time limit" policy on all vehicles at the departure level of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, a new "8-minute time limit" policy at the departure and arrival level of Terminal 3. Electronic Police will photograph automatically of any illegal parking exceeding the time limit, 200RMB and three points will be fined.
CWT China reminds travels to drive away from the departure level as soon as the passengers are off. Should you need to enter the terminals, please park the car in the airport parking lot.
