据中国铁路客户服务中心 消息， 2018年11月22日起铁路部门将在海南环岛高铁实行电子客票服务试点，此后旅客购票、乘车等流程将更加方便快捷。
什么是电子客票？
电子客票将纸质车票承载的旅客运输合同、乘车凭证、报销凭证功能相分离，依据有关法律条文规定，以电子数据作为铁路旅客承运合同，实现乘车凭证无纸化和多样化，报销凭证按需提供和逐步电子化。
电子客票实行后，旅客在购票、进站、乘车时的流程
· 旅客购票时
通过网上购票的，购票成功后，旅客将收到铁路部门推送的电子客票通知单，并可根据需要选择是否打印行程单、报销凭证。
通过人工窗口和自动售票机购票的，购票成功后，旅客将受到电子客票通知单，并可根据需要选择是否打印报销凭证。
· 旅客进站时
持二代身份证等可机器识读证件的旅客可自助核验进站乘车。
持不可机器识读证件的旅客，在人工实名验证口，通过工作人员扫描其电子客票通知单二维码或手工输入其证件号码核验进站乘车。
· 旅客乘车时
如遇列车工作人员查验车票，需配合提供购票时使用的身份证件。
电子客票怎么退改签？
对于未打印的报销凭证，如因行程变更需要退票改签旅客，线上、线下各渠道均可办理电子客票退票改签等变更。
对于已打印的报销凭证，需要车站窗口办理退票改签。
如何打印报销凭证？
可在售票窗口、自主售票机打印，有效打印截止日期为乘车后30天内；票样采用目前车票样式，注明“仅供报销使用”的字样。

Electronic ticket service pilot will be implemented on Hainan Island-looping high-speed trains from November 22
As informed by China Railway Customer Service Center, the railway department planned to implement electronic ticket service pilot on Hainan Island-looping high-speed trains from 22 November 2018. After that, it is more convenient and efficient for travelers to buy tickets and take the train.
What is electronic ticket?
The electronic ticket separates the functions of passenger transport contract, travel voucher and reimbursement voucher carried by the paper ticket. According to the related provisions of the law, it will realize paperless and diversified travel vouchers based on electronic data as railway passenger transport contract. The reimbursement voucher will be provided on demand and become electronically.
Procedure when travelers buy tickets, enter the station and take the train after electronic ticket implementation.
· When travelers buy tickets
Buy tickets online. Once online purchase is completed, travelers will receive electronic ticket notice issued by railway department. Travelers can print the itinerary and reimbursement voucher on demand.
Buy tickets through a manual window and an automatic ticket machine. Once the purchase is completed, travelers will receive electronic ticket notice and print the reimbursement voucher on demand.
· When travelers enter the station
Passengers holding machine-readable certificates, such as second-generation ID cards, can self-check, enter and take trains.
Passengers holding non-machine-readable certificates shall have QR code on the electronic ticket notification scanned by the staff or manually enter the certificate number for verification and boarding at the manual verification port.
· When travelers take trains
If the train staff inspect the tickets, travelers shall provide the identity documents used when purchasing the tickets.
How to refund or change the electronic tickets?
For unprinted reimbursement vouchers, travelers can refund or change the electronic tickets online or offline if their travel has to change.
For printed reimbursement vouchers, travelers have to refund or change at the station window.
How to print reimbursement vouchers?
It can be printed at the ticket window and self-service ticket machine. The valid printing deadline is within 30 days after the bus. The ticket sample is of the current ticket style and marked with "for reimbursement only".
