为何会收到诈骗短信
旅客在预定行程后，个人信息通常会在代理商、中国航信预定系统及航空公司等多个环节流转，每个环节均存在泄露信息的可能，且不排除通过其他渠道遭到泄露的可能。
诈骗短信的特征
1. 发送短信的手机号码非官方公布的号码
2. 短信预留的客服电话非官方公布的号
3. 短信内容口语化
4. 短信内容具有诱惑性

常见的诈骗流程
收到“航空公司”关于“航班取消”的诈骗短信；
拨打短信内提供的虚假客服电话，被要求在ATM自动存取款机上操作办理改签并缴费，承诺事后返还违约金。
通常诈骗过程环环相扣，诈骗短信在飞机起飞前几个或十几个小时内才被发送至旅客手机，造成事件紧急的错觉。
通话时对方还能准确提供旅客姓名、航班号、航班时间等信息，令人深信不疑。
如何预防诈骗短信
1. 保持警惕并时刻防范，切勿轻信短信内容或回拨任何电话
