初遇
在远离陆地的蓝色海洋上,钢铁巨轮如同漂浮的城邦,承载着来自世界各地的故事。当来自中国、印尼、非洲几内亚船员在甲板机舱相遇,不同的肤色、语言和文化在这片狭小的空间共处,编织出一幅独特的海上人文画卷。这些远洋航行者用包容与理解,将差异转化为力量,在惊涛骇浪中书写着人类命运共同体的生动篇章。
On the blue ocean far away from the land, the huge steel ship is like a floating city-state, carrying stories from all over the world. When the crew members from China, Indonesia, and Guinea in Africa meet on the deck and in the engine room, different skin colors, languages, and cultures collide and blend in this narrow space, weaving a unique maritime cultural picture scroll. These ocean voyagers, with tolerance and understanding, transform differences into strength and write a vivid chapter of the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind amidst the turbulent waves.
KEITA SANA 一位毕业于几内亚科纳克里大学大学学的专业是英语,毕业后并任教2年英语老师,闲暇之余自学中文三年,能够简单的交流中文,在韦立的企业文化理念里有着:关爱、担当、共享、发展。公司还秉持“尊重、包容、协作、发展”的文化理念,积极回馈当地社会和人民,投入大量资金用于公益事业,促进了当地的发展,为当地提供了大量的就业机会,在这个千载难逢机遇里他加入了WAP ,并且获得了船员证书,航海对他来讲是对未来的憧憬与向往。
KEITA SANA graduated from the University of Conakry in Guinea, majoring in English. He worked as an English teacher for two years. In his spare time, he self-studied Chinese for three years and can have simple conversations in Chinese. The corporate culture concept of Well Shipping includes care, responsibility, sharing, and development. The company also adheres to the cultural concepts of "respect, tolerance, collaboration, and development", actively gives back to the local society and people, invests a large amount of funds in public welfare undertakings, promotes local development, and provides a large number of job opportunities locally. Seizing this rare opportunity, he joined WAP and obtained a crew member certificate. For him, sailing represents his longing and aspiration for the future.
3月19日那是一个风和日丽的早晨,阳光如同金色的丝线,轻柔的洒落在Daplion 码头上,随着拖轮机器的轰鸣声,跨越8个小时海上路程,他来到了梦寐以求的大船韦立百瑞轮,迎接他们的是盼望已久韦立百瑞轮的全体船员,当他踏入舷梯的那一刻,注定了他与海浪成为最忠实的伙伴,同船的小伙伴们会与他风向星光与故事的夜晚。Hello,good afternoon guys ,welcome on board WINNING BRIGHT ,I’m Chief officer。将两位国际友人带到了早已准备好的房间,大副之前就已经做好了关于关注几内亚船员的功课,从语言,信仰,饮食,生活习惯,作息时间等方面,顺理成章的给他们讲解了关于船上安全注意事项,以及就餐休息时间,(Today you are rest ,If you have any questions, please feel free to call me) Tks Chief.
On the morning of March 19th, it was a sunny and pleasant day. The sunlight, like golden threads, gently sprinkled on the Daplion Wharf. With the rumbling sound of the tugboat's engine, after an 8-hour sea journey, he arrived at the much-anticipated large ship, the Winning Bright. Greeting him was the entire crew of the Winning Bright whom he had been looking forward to meeting. The moment he stepped onto the gangway, it was destined that he would become the most loyal partner of the waves, and his shipmates would share the nights filled with starlight and stories with him. "Hello, good afternoon guys, welcome on board WINNING BRIGHT, I’m Chief officer.” The chief officer led the two international friends to the room that had already been prepared for them. The chief officer had previously done his homework on paying attention to the crew members from Guinea, covering aspects such as language, religion, diet, living habits, and daily schedules. He logically explained the safety precautions on the ship as well as the dining and rest times to them. (Today you are resting. If you have any questions, please free to call me.) Thanks, Chief.

相识
来自几内亚的甲板实习生KEITA,他们虽然肤色不同,但是有着共同的理想与抱负,清晨的阳光洒在船员们忙碌的身影上。大副眼神坚毅,正用精准的英语与团队沟通当日的工作计划;中国籍的水手长,凭借着丰富的经验,配合少部分的英文加上手势,耐心地指导着几内亚实习生KEITA。语言的差异并没有成为交流的阻碍,相反在短时间的相处中,大家创造出了一套独特的 “海上交流密码”,一个眼神、一个手势,都能传递出彼此的心意。在老水手长得带领下加上KEITA的聪明才智,很短的时间内就学会了件杂货索具整理,冲洗甲板,甲板除锈,打磨清洁,甲板油漆,整体表现非常优秀,是可塑之才。同时两个印尼船员一个是甲板二水(MARUF WISNU ADJI)一个是服务生(ELWIN PRIYATMOKO),两个人表现都非常优秀,适合长期聘用。
KEITA, the D/C from Guinea, although they have different skin colors, they share the same ideals and ambitions. The morning sunlight shines on the busy figures of the crew members. The chief officer, with a determined look in his eyes, is communicating the work plan for the day with the team in precise English; the Chinese bosun, with his rich experience, patiently guides the Guinea intern KEITA by combining a small amount of English with gestures. The language difference has not become an obstacle to communication. On the contrary, during the short period of getting along, everyone has created a unique "maritime communication code". A glance or a gesture can convey each other's thoughts. Under the guidance of the experienced bosun and with KEITA's intelligence, he quickly learned how to sort out general cargo lashing tools, wash the deck, Chipping the deck, brushing and clean it, and painting the deck. His overall performance is excellent, and he shows great potential. Meanwhile two Indonesian crew members, MARUF WISNU ADJI (Deck OS) and ELWIN PRIYATMOKO (Steward), have both performed exceptionally well and are suitable for long-term employment.
在远洋货轮的驾驶台里,中国船长用英语及普通话下达指令,大副用英语对整个工作计划进行安排时。一切都是最好的安排,语言的差异曾是横亘在船员之间的障碍,但智慧与幽默总能打破僵局。人们发明了用手势、绘图和简单词汇组成的“海上方言”,当中国水手比划着烧烤的动作教印尼几内亚船员如何调制酱料及烤串时,语言的隔阂在欢声笑语中悄然消融。
In the bridge of the ocean-going cargo ship, the Chinese captain gives instructions in English and Mandarin, and the chief officer arranges the entire work plan in English. Everything is the best arrangement. The language difference used to be an obstacle among the crew members, but wisdom and humor can always break the deadlock. People have invented a "maritime dialect" composed of gestures, drawings, and simple words. When the Chinese AB gesture the action of barbecuing to teach the Indonesian and Guinea crew members how to prepare the sauce and skewer the food, the language barrier quietly melts away amidst the laughter and joy.

融合
3月恰逢穆斯林斋月,尊重宗教习俗:在饮食方面,大厨为穆斯林提供清真食品选择,储存、加工环节确保不与禁忌食物接触;尊重穆斯林的服饰传统,不歧视、不调侃佩戴头巾或穿着传统服饰的穆斯林;在穆斯林进行礼拜时,提供单独房间符合其宗教要求的祈祷场所;鼓励不同文化间的交流互动,促进彼此理解与信任。保持安静,不干扰其宗教活动;斋月期间,尊重他们的禁食习俗,避免在其面前公开饮食、吸烟等。KEITA讲述斋月的意义;这些文化活动不仅丰富了海上生活,更让船员们认识到:正是不同文明的独特性,才构成了世界的绚丽多彩。这种基于专业精神的协作,让每个船员都成为团队中不可或缺的齿轮。
March coincides with the Muslim Ramadan. Respecting religious customs: In terms of diet, the Chief cook halal food options for Muslims, and ensures that there is no contact with taboo foods during the storage and processing processes; respect the clothing traditions of Muslims, and do not discriminate against or make fun of Muslims wearing headscarves or traditional clothing; when Muslims are performing their prayers, provide a separate room that meets their religious requirements as a prayer place; encourage communication and interaction between different cultures to promote mutual understanding and trust. Keep quiet and do not disturb their religious activities; during Ramadan, respect their fasting customs and avoid eating, smoking, etc. openly in front of them. KEITA tells the significance of Ramadan; these cultural activities not only enrich the maritime life but also make the crew members realize that it is precisely the uniqueness of different civilizations that constitutes the colorful world. This kind of collaboration based on professionalism makes every crew member an indispensable part of the team.
远洋船员们来自不同的国家,有着不同的肤色和文化,但他们在浩瀚的海洋上,用理解与包容、合作与互助,搭建起了一座跨越国界的桥梁。在这里,差异不再是隔阂,而是彼此学习、共同成长的契机;不同的文化相互交融,绽放出绚丽的色彩。他们用实际行动证明,无论来自何方,人类都能够和谐共处,携手克服困难,在共同的目标下凝聚力量,创造出温暖而美好的海上家园。
The ocean-going crew members come from different countries, with different skin colors and cultures. However, on the vast ocean, with understanding and tolerance, cooperation and mutual assistance, they have built a bridge across national boundaries. Here, differences are no longer barriers but opportunities for learning from each other and growing together; different cultures blend with each other, blooming with gorgeous colors. They have proven with their practical actions that no matter where they come from, human beings can live in harmony, work together to overcome difficulties, gather strength under a common goal, and create a warm and beautiful maritime home.
