This International Women’s Day, 8 March 2024, OceanSTAR Elite join the UN WOMEN in celebrating under the theme Invest in women: Accelerate progress. The marine and offshore industry has always been dominated by men, and our Group has been firmly committed to investing in women and providing more training and employment opportunities for them. And in 2023, the proportion of female employees was increased by 5%. On Women’s Day, our group organized a series of activities to honor the vital contributions of women in the workplace. This event is a practice on the company's profound commitment to nurturing a culture that cherishes and empowers women.
2024年3月8日国际妇女节，瀚辰精英集团积极响应联合国妇女署号召，一道庆祝主题为“投资妇女：加速进步”的活动。海洋工程一直以来都是以男性为主导的行业，而集团一直坚定地致力于投资女性，为女性提供更多的培训及就业机会，并且在2023年将女性员工的占比整体提高了5%。而在节日当天，集团精心组织了一系列活动以表彰女性在工作场所做出的宝贵贡献。此次活动是公司对培育珍视女性、赋予女性力量的企业文化的深刻承诺的实践。
