On February 6, 2026, OceanSTAR Elite Group (“OSE”) successfully held the launching ceremony of its LDV Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) unit at Nantong Strongwind Shipyard, Tongzhou Bay, China.
This ceremony marks that, following two major milestones—steel cutting in February 2025 and keel laying in July 2025—the project has successfully completed its construction phase and officially entered the subsequent delivery stage.
2026年2月6日，OceanSTAR Elite 瀚辰精英集团（以下简称“OSE”）在中国通州湾南通长风船厂成功举行 LDV 海上储油卸油装置（FSO）项目下水仪式。此次仪式标志着该项目继钢板切割（2025年2月）和龙骨铺设（2025年7月）两大里程碑之后，已顺利完成建造阶段工作，正式迈入交付阶段。
The ceremony was attended by representatives from client and key partners, including Murphy Cuu Long Bac Oil Co. Ltd (“Murphy”), PTSC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd (“PTSC AP”), ABS, and Titan Wind Offshore. Their presence highlights the strong collaboration behind this innovative project. Thanks to the close cooperation between OSE, its clients, and partners, the project is currently progressing ahead of schedule.
本次仪式邀请了多家重要合作伙伴代表出席，包括 Murphy Cuu Long Bac Oil Co. Ltd 石油公司、PTSC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd亚太公司、美国船级社（ABS）以及天顺海工。嘉宾的到来充分体现了各方在该创新项目中所展现的紧密协作精神。得益于 OSE 与客户及合作伙伴之间的高效配合，项目整体进展优于原计划。
The LDV FSO project is developed under the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) model, with a storage capacity of 460,000 barrels, to meet the operational requirements of the LDV oilfield. By integrating advanced technologies, the project aims to enhance energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and support the sustainable development of offshore oilfield operations. The project is scheduled for delivery in mid-2026.
LDV FSO 项目采用 EPCC（工程设计、采购、建造与调试）模式实施，设计储油能力为 46 万桶，旨在满足 LDV 油田的运营需求。项目通过集成先进技术方案，将进一步提升能源利用效率、降低运营成本，并为海上油田的可持续发展提供有力支撑。项目计划于2026年年中交付。

As of the launching ceremony, the project team has achieved an outstanding safety record of zero Lost Time Injuries (0 LTI).with 1.2 million man-hours of operation.This milestone reflects OSE’s firm commitment to safety and operational excellence. Looking ahead, OSE will continue to put safety first and work hand in hand with all partners to drive the project toward successful and high-quality delivery.
截至下水仪式当天，LDV FSO 项目团队实现了120万工时“零工伤（0 LTI）”的优异安全成绩。这不仅体现了 OSE 对安全管理的高度重视，也彰显了团队在卓越运营方面的不懈追求。未来，OSE 将继续秉持“安全第一”的理念，与各方合作伙伴携手并进，推动项目高质量、圆满交付。
